Savoy Medical Center, a community owned, not-for-profit hospital in Mamou, would like to announce the hiring of Patrick DeRouen, RN, of Ville Platte, to the leadership role of CEO of Savoy Medical Center.

Pat brings with him 20 years of nursing experience and 13 years experience as an executive officer with LHC Group of Lafayette. DeRouen stated he is looking forward to the rest of 2013 and the opportunities it presents for Savoy Medical Center and the community of Mamou.

Dr. Oscar Rodriquez, Internal Medicine Specialist. Dr. Rodriquez was recently elected Chief of Staff by the Medical Staff at Savoy Medical Center. Dr Rodriquez has treated patients from Mamou and the surrounding communities for the past thirty-one years at Savoy Medical Center. Dr. Rodriquez also serves as a Board Member of Savoy Medical Center Management Group.
